As he was going into a village, ten men who had leprosy met him. They stood at a distance

(Luke 17:12)

Pray

Dear God,

You are a compassionate and loving God who hears the cries of Your people. Just as Jesus showed mercy to the ten lepers in this verse, I ask for Your mercy and healing in my life. Just like the lepers, I am in need of Your touch and Your grace. Please open my heart to receive Your love and to be grateful for all the blessings You have bestowed upon me.

I pray for the strength to remain faithful in times of trials and to always remember to give thanks for all the goodness You have given me. Help me to be more like the one leper who returned to give thanks, and not take Your blessings for granted. I trust in Your power to heal and to transform my life. Thank You for Your unending love and grace.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.
