You are a holy God, and You have called us to be holy as well. Your word in this verse commands us to consecrate ourselves and be holy, for You are the Lord our God. I pray that You would help me to live a life that is set apart for You, free from sin and dedicated to Your purposes. Please give me the strength and discipline to resist temptation and walk in righteousness.
I confess that I have fallen short and have not always lived in a way that honors You. I ask for Your forgiveness and for the power of Your Spirit to transform me from the inside out. Help me to truly understand the weight of Your command to be holy and to pursue a life of obedience and purity. Thank You for Your grace and mercy, and for Your unfailing love that never gives up on me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Tu palabra en este versículo nos enseña a ser santos porque Tú, Señor, eres santo. Te pido que me ayudes a vivir una vida que te honre y te glorifique en todo momento. Que mi corazón esté lleno de amor y obediencia hacia ti, y que mi vida refleje tu santidad a aquellos que me rodean. Dame la fuerza y la sabiduría para apartarme del pecado y seguir tus mandamientos, para que pueda vivir en comunión contigo.
Te pido que tu Espíritu Santo me guíe y me fortalezca cada día, para que pueda resistir las tentaciones y mantenerme firme en mi fe. Ayúdame a buscar siempre tu voluntad y a comprometerme a vivir una vida de pureza y rectitud delante de ti. Gracias, Señor, por tu gracia y tu misericordia, y por darme la oportunidad de ser llamado tu hijo/a. En el nombre de Jesús, Amén.
Santificaos, pues, y sed santos, porque yo Jehová soy vuestro Dios.
