So give your servant a discerning heart to govern your people and to distinguish between right and wrong. For who is able to govern this great people of yours?
You are the all-knowing and wise Creator of the universe. I come before You humbly, just as King Solomon did, asking for wisdom and understanding to navigate through the complexities of life. Like Solomon, I recognize my limitations and shortcomings, and I acknowledge that I need Your guidance in making decisions that honor and glorify You.
Grant me the discernment to distinguish between right and wrong, and the insight to see beyond the surface of situations. Help me to make choices that are pleasing to You and beneficial to others. I surrender my will to Yours, trusting that Your wisdom surpasses all human understanding. Thank You for hearing my prayer and for the promise of wisdom to those who seek it in faith. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Señor,
Tu palabra nos enseña que pidamos sabiduría, como lo hizo el rey Salomón en este versículo. Te pido que me concedas sabiduría, entendimiento y discernimiento en todas las decisiones que debo tomar en mi vida. Ayúdame a ver las situaciones desde tu perspectiva y a actuar con sabiduría en todo momento.
Señor, también te pido que me des la capacidad de discernir entre lo bueno y lo malo, para que pueda seguir tus caminos y tomar decisiones que sean agradables a tus ojos. Que mi vida refleje la sabiduría que proviene de lo alto y que pueda ser de bendición para aquellos que me rodean. Gracias por escuchar mi oración y por concederme la sabiduría que proviene de ti. Da, pues, a tu siervo corazón entendido para juzgar a tu pueblo, y para discernir entre lo bueno y lo malo; porque ¿quién podrá gobernar este tu pueblo tan grande?
