October 31 – Evening

Dear God,

You have called us to live a holy and righteous life, separating ourselves from those who continue in unrepentant sin. Help us to be discerning and to not associate with those who claim to be believers but are living in disobedience to Your word. Give us the courage and wisdom to confront and discipline those who are willfully engaging in sinful behavior, with the hope of leading them to repentance and restoration.

We pray for the strength to uphold Your standard of holiness in our own lives and to be a light and example to those around us. Grant us the grace to extend love and forgiveness to those who have strayed, while remaining firm in our commitment to live in accordance with Your will. Let our actions and words reflect Your truth and lead others to a deeper relationship with You.

Señor,

Tu palabra nos enseña a apartarnos de aquellos que viven en pecado y se llaman hermanos en la fe. Ayúdame a discernir quiénes son aquellos que debería apartarme según tu voluntad. Dame la sabiduría para reconocer los comportamientos y actitudes que no son aceptables para ti y guía mi corazón para alejarme de aquellas personas que practican el mal sin arrepentimiento.

Te pido que me des fuerzas para mantenerme firme en mi fe y no sucumbir a la presión o influencia de aquellos que continúan en el pecado. Permíteme ser un ejemplo de tu amor y rectitud, y que mi vida refleje tu santidad. Te pido que me ayudes a amar a mis hermanos en Cristo, pero a la vez ser firme en mis convicciones y obediente a tu palabra.

Más bien os escribí que no os juntéis con ninguno que, llamándose hermano, fuere fornicario, o avaro, o idólatra, o maldiciente, o borracho, o ladrón; con el tal ni aun comáis.
