You are my helper and sustainer. You are the one who upholds me and gives me strength in times of trouble. I know that I can always come to You for the help that I need, and I am grateful for Your unwavering support.
I pray that You would continue to be my refuge and my strength, especially when I feel overwhelmed by the challenges of life. Help me to trust in Your unfailing love and to find peace in Your presence. Thank You for being my rock and my salvation.

Tu eres mi ayudador; el sustentador de mi alma. En los momentos de angustia tú me sostienes y me das fortaleza. A veces siento miedo y soy vulnerable, pero confío en tu poder para librarme de todo mal. Ayúdame a mantener mi fe firme en ti, y a no temer a las circunstancias que me rodean.
