May 15 – Evening

And they shall know that I am the Lord their God, who brought them out of the land of Egypt that I might dwell among them. I am the Lord their God.

(Exodus 29:46)

Dear God,

You have made a promise to dwell among Your people and be their God. I am grateful for Your constant presence in my life. As I meditate on Your word in this verse, I am reminded of Your faithfulness and Your desire to have a personal relationship with me. Thank You for being my God and for always being near to me.

Help me to live my life in a way that reflects Your holiness and love. Guide me in my thoughts, words, and actions so that I may honor You in all that I do. May Your presence be a constant source of strength and comfort for me as I navigate the ups and downs of life. I long to experience Your presence in a deeper way, and I ask for Your help in drawing closer to You each day. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
