July 21 – Evening

Dear God,

You have called us to live out our faith in action, just as John the Baptist preached in this verse. Help us to be mindful of the ways we can bring glory to Your name through our words and deeds. Give us the courage to speak up for justice and to help those in need. Guide us in being examples of Your love and compassion to the world around us.

We ask that You strengthen our hearts and minds to be bold in our faith and to live out the teachings of Your Son, Jesus Christ. May we be lights in the darkness, shining Your truth and grace. Thank You for the opportunity to serve You and others in this way.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Señor, Tú conoces los anhelos más profundos de mi corazón y comprendes la urgencia de proclamar tu verdad con valentía, al igual que Juan el Bautista. Permíteme ser un instrumento de tu amor y justicia en este mundo, para que mis palabras y acciones reflejen la luz de tu verdad y guíen a otros hacia ti. Concédele a mi vida el valor y la claridad necesarios para proclamar tu mensaje de salvación con firmeza y compasión, inspirando a aquellos que me rodean a buscar tu rostro y seguir tus caminos.

Que mi testimonio de fe y mi compromiso con tu Palabra sean un eco del llamado de Juan, invitando a todos a arrepentirse y acercarse a ti con corazones humildes. Lléname con tu Espíritu Santo para que pueda ser un canal de tu gracia y misericordia en medio de un mundo necesitado de esperanza y redención. Que mi vida sea un reflejo vivo de tu amor transformador, y que cada paso que dé sea para glorificar tu santo nombre. En el nombre de Jesús, Amén.

Y con muchas otras palabras exhortaba Juan a la gente y le anunciaba las buenas nuevas.
