You know the struggles and challenges I face in controlling my emotions. I ask for Your grace and wisdom to help me cultivate a spirit of patience, understanding, and self-control. Help me to be slow to anger and quick to listen, so that I may bring peace and harmony to those around me.
I pray that You would strengthen and guide me in my interactions with others, so that I may be a source of encouragement, love, and positivity. May my words and actions reflect Your goodness and grace, and may I be a light that points others to You. Thank You for Your patience with me, and for the love and forgiveness You extend to me each day.

Tu Palabra nos enseña en este versículo que el que es paciente muestra gran discernimiento, pero el que es impulsivo muestra insensatez. Ayúdame a ser paciente en todas mis decisiones y acciones, a no actuar impulsivamente, sino a buscar sabiduría y discernimiento en todo momento. Permíteme mantener la calma en situaciones difíciles y pensar con claridad antes de actuar.
Señor, también te pido que me ayudes a controlar mis emociones y a no dejarme llevar por la ira o la frustración. Que pueda ser comprensivo con quienes me rodean y mostrar amor y paciencia en lugar de impulsividad e insensatez. Guíame en el camino de la sabiduría y ayúdame a ser una persona paciente y reflexiva en todas mis acciones.
