February 11 – Noon

Read

You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh; rather, serve one another humbly in love.

(Galatians 5:13)

Pray

Dear God,

You have called me to freedom in Christ, but too often I find myself using that freedom as an opportunity for my own selfish desires. Help me to remember that the freedom I have in Christ is not an excuse for indulgence, but an opportunity to serve others in love. Show me how to use my freedom responsibly and to always consider the well-being of those around me. Help me to be mindful of the needs of others and to act in a way that reflects the selfless love of Christ.

Thank You for the freedom that You have given me, and for the example of love and service that You have set for me. Help me to walk in that love and to use my freedom to serve others in a way that brings glory to You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
