The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no commandment greater than these.

(Mark 12:31)

Pray

Dear God,

You are the epitome of love and compassion. You have commanded us to love our neighbors as ourselves, and I come before You today asking for the strength and guidance to do just that. Help me to see others through Your eyes, to show empathy and kindness to those around me, and to extend a helping hand to those in need. Give me the wisdom to understand that by loving others, I am showing my love and reverence for You.

Please fill my heart with Your love so that I may pour it out onto others, and help me to be a vessel of Your grace and mercy in this world. May my actions and words reflect Your love and bring glory to Your name. Thank You for Your unending love, and I pray that You continue to work in me and through me to be a source of light and love to those around me.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.
