April 27 – Noon

Dear God,

You have created me in Your image, and I am grateful for the body that You have given me. Help me to honor and respect it as a temple of Your Holy Spirit. In a world that often values outward appearances over inner character, remind me that true beauty comes from a heart that is devoted to You. Help me to resist the temptation to conform to the standards of this world, and instead focus on becoming more like You each day.

You have also called me to love and care for others as I love myself. May my actions and words reflect Your love and grace, and may I see others through Your eyes. Help me to be a vessel of Your compassion and understanding, especially to those who may feel marginalized or isolated. As I seek to live out Your command to love my neighbor as myself, may my life be a living testimony to Your goodness and mercy.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Señor,

Tu palabra en este versículo nos enseña a no hacernos marcas en el cuerpo, ni tatuajes. Reconozco que en ocasiones he caído en la tentación de seguir las tendencias del mundo y he desobedecido este mandamiento. Te pido perdón por actuar sin sabiduría y te pido que me des fuerzas para resistir las presiones del mundo y mantenerme fiel a tu palabra en todo momento.

Te pido que me ayudes a recordar que soy templo del Espíritu Santo y que debo cuidar mi cuerpo como un regalo que Tú me has dado. Ayúdame a respetar y honrar mi cuerpo, reflejando tu presencia en cada aspecto de mi vida. Gracias Señor por tu amor y por la oportunidad de arrepentirme y cambiar mi camino. En el nombre de Jesús, Amén.

No haréis rasguños en vuestro cuerpo por un muerto, ni imprimiréis en vosotros señal alguna. Yo Jehová.
