April 24 – Noon

Read

He replied, “You are talking like a foolish woman. Shall we accept good from God, and not trouble?” In all this, Job did not sin in what he said.

(Job 2:10)

Pray

Dear God,

You are the ultimate source of strength and comfort in times of suffering and loss. Just as Job praised You in the midst of his adversity, I also come to You with a humble heart, seeking Your guidance and healing. Help me to find peace and hope in the midst of my own trials, knowing that You are with me every step of the way.

You are the one who gives and takes away, and I trust in Your plan for my life, even when I don’t understand it. Please give me the strength to endure and the wisdom to see Your hand at work in my circumstances. I offer up my pain and my concerns to You, knowing that You are able to bring beauty from the ashes. Thank You for Your steadfast love and faithfulness, even in the midst of my suffering.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.
