You are my refuge and my strength. When my spirit grows faint within me, You alone know my way. You see the path ahead of me and the struggles that I face. You understand my fears and my anxieties. I come before You seeking peace and reassurance. I ask that You lift me up from the pit of despair and surround me with Your loving presence. Help me to trust in Your guidance and to find hope in Your promises.

Tu eres mi refugio y mi única esperanza. Cuando mi alma está abatida dentro de mí, solo en ti encuentro consuelo. Tú conoces mi camino, y sabes todas las pruebas y dificultades que enfrento. Permíteme sentir tu presencia en medio de esta oscuridad, y dame la fortaleza para seguir adelante.
